Extended Bulgarian Functionality Features

• Balance Accounts – Every G/L Entry must have a G/L Balance Account.
• General Accounting Ledger – shows information for the G/L Accounts, regarding the G/L Accounts that have been Balance Accounts for this G/L Account.
• Account Chronological Journal – shows all entries in a period for a G/L Account with the balance account.
• Exchange rate adjustment enhancement – option for trial before posting exchange rate adjustments.
• Voiding of sales and purchase documents – voiding of posted document will reverse the document transactions on a specific voiding date.
• Accruals - allows easy and quick allocation of incomes and expenses at the moment of their occurrence. This eliminates the burden of monthly calculation of these income and expenses, and their future recognition.
• Cash Orders – used for printing Cash Receipt Orders and Cash Payment Orders.
• Default dimension prompt on documents and journals – dimensions set as default on certain accounts are highlighted on documents to prompt entry.
• Enhancement in Fixed Assets related to company and tax depreciation plans - specific reports with the respective information for each Fixed Asset and more.
• Permissions on locations – setting user permission on location. Quickly set up permissions for shipping, receiving or invoicing per user and per location.
• Permissions on bank account –setting permissions per user and bank account will set limitation to posting only in specific bank account ledgers.

Prerequisites

It is necessary to install and deploy Bulgarian Functionality Basic prior to deploying Bulgarian Functionality Extended.
